Privacy & Cookies

How we handle personal data and cookies on this website.

Who we are

This website is operated by Elevate Bespoke Interiors, Saint Johnstown, Co. Donegal, Ireland. Contact: paul@elevatebespokeinteriors.co.uk or 07704 006004.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry via the contact form we collect: your name, email address, phone number, optional postcode and timeline, the details you write in the message, and any photos you attach.

We also automatically record technical attribution data on enquiries — the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring website, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters, Google gclid, Facebook fbclid, TikTok ttclid) — so we can understand which channels lead to enquiries.

Why we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a quote, and deliver the work if you choose to proceed. Attribution data is used in aggregate to evaluate which marketing channels are working.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as we may need them to deliver the project or for legitimate business records (typically up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes). You can request deletion at any time.

Who we share it with

Your data is handled by a small number of trusted service providers strictly to operate the site:

  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • Supabase — secure database for enquiries and photos.
  • Resend — sends enquiry and confirmation emails.
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook / Graph) — the business email account used to reply to you.
  • Google Analytics 4 and, where used, Google Ads — anonymous traffic and conversion measurement, only after cookie consent.

We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

Cookies and similar technologies

When you first visit the site we ask whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Until you accept, Google Analytics and Google Ads run in a consent-denied state and no measurement cookies are stored.

Essential local storage is used regardless of consent to remember your choice on the cookie banner and to retain attribution data (UTM tags and click IDs) for up to 90 days so that if you return later and submit an enquiry, we can credit the original source. This data stays on your device and is only sent to us if you submit the form.

You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email paul@elevatebespokeinteriors.co.uk.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Changes to this policy

We may update this page if our tools or practices change. The latest version is always at elevatebespokeinteriors.co.uk/privacy.
